In 2005 Ryan Mc Mullan combined became involved in the Polish property market under the name PPI Poland.

Fresh out of the property markets in Ireland and the UK he started to invest in the residential market and progressed to the commercial Polish markets basing his operations in Poznan. PPI Poland purchased white finished residential properties of the drawings from local developers and sold a turn key solution to Irish investors including an after sales service.

Ryan Mc Mullan is a Building Services Engineer with over 10 years design and project management experience for such companies as Intel, Wyeth and Seagate. He has worked on multi-million euro construction projects.
Ryan also has a portfolio of properties in Ireland and the UK.

During his time in PPI Poland, the company invested in both residential and commercial projects and project managed the refurbishments of building in the city. Now RMM Services Poland holds a number of these projects and is developing these sites into fully commercial buildings.

In addition to this RMM Services Poland is investing in separate projects in green energy and recycling.
